Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders are delivered across Pakistan in 3–6 business days. You'll get a call or WhatsApp message from the courier before delivery to confirm you're available.

Question 2

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and card payments. Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer are ready to use today; Easypaisa, JazzCash, and card checkout are shown at checkout but currently marked as pending — we'll contact you directly to confirm payment for those methods until the integration goes live.

Question 3

Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?

Accepted Answer

Yes, COD is available nationwide with no minimum order.

Question 4

What is full-grain leather, and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

Full-grain is the outermost, strongest layer of the hide, left unsanded so its natural texture stays intact. It's more expensive and harder to work with than corrected-grain leather, but it develops a rich patina over years of use instead of cracking or peeling.

Question 5

How do I care for my leather?

Accepted Answer

Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and standing water. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth, and condition every few months with a leather balm. See our full Leather Care guide for details.

Question 6

Can I return or exchange an item?

Accepted Answer

See our Refund Policy for the full terms. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Question 7

Do you offer a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every TLC piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against stitching and hardware defects from the date of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll repair or replace it.

Question 8

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — we currently ship within Pakistan only. Follow our Instagram for updates if that changes.

Question 9

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you checked out as a guest, that email also includes a link to your order status page.
